Silver Rose

Delicate silverskin variety with a pretty pink blush. A favorite on our farm for its rich buttery classic garlic flavor and mild heat. We also find this variety to be particularly attractive in garlic braids. Best storing softneck we grow, lasting well into Spring. Silver Rose is typically the last garlic we harvest in late July. Average 6 larger outer cloves and 6 smaller inner cloves in tight, thin wrappers.
