Green Glaze collards


Brassica oleracea. Named for its uniquely shiny leaves, Green Glaze is the oldest collard variety grown in North America. Its flavor is mild and crisp, texture is tender for a collard green, and the leaves stay shiny even when cooked. Tolerates heat and cold, sweetens with frost, and is resistant to the cabbage looper moth. 75-80 days.
