Brassica juncea. This beautiful purple-red mustard is easy to grow, tasty at all stages, and rich in anthocyanins. Bright green ribs and dark leaves make an attractive salad green when young and a hearty slow-cooked green when full sized. Mild flavor. Best sewn in successions as it can be quick to bolt especially in heat. 20 days baby, 40 days mature.
