White Egg salad turnip

Brassica rapa. Deliciously sweet and mild salad turnip. When we first encountered this vegetable, we nicknamed it the ice cream of vegetables for its incredibly creamy texture and pleasant, smooth flavor. Fast growing with a 2 week harvest window, white egg turnip can be planted in successions in spring and fall for a reliable supply.
