Green Twister echinacea

Echinacea purpurea. Truly psychedelic in appearance. This hardy, drought tolerant perennial naturalizes easily in southern Oregon and blooms mid summer through fall. Green-tipped magenta petals twist slightly and are mesmerizing at all stages. Great beneficial attractor and also a source of food for birds once the flower cones mature seed in the fall. Also grown as a medicinal for it’s immunity boosting properties. Germination increases with cold stratification. 180 days.
