Bronze fennel

Aromatic herb that grows to 6 ft with beautiful bronze, smoky foliage adds interest to the garden as well as an intoxicating licorice scent. All parts of the plant are edible at all stages of growth – we found bronze fennel foliage to be particularly sweet even in the heat of summer, and the seeds make a delicious sort of breath mint at all stages, from green to fully mature.
